Model the movement of your starting capital.

This is a simple illustration of stock cycles, not an income forecast. Start with your own figures and optionally include monthly software costs.

The illustration applies your estimated return only when a full stock cycle is complete. It uses 52 divided by your average cycle length to show both completed and average annual cycles.
If you include software costs, the amount you enter is deducted from the same business capital at the start of each month, before returns from cycles completed in that month. No amount is assumed for you. If the modelled position reaches £0, it remains at £0 and no further return is applied.
VAT, returns, unsold stock and money added or withdrawn are not separately modelled. Adjust your return estimate if these affect your plan.
